KL international book fair..

i bought 10 book at book fair..i spent rm270..out of budget..my exact budget was RM150 only..never mind.once a year..additional knowledge..these books not fully love story..
it's motivating and inspiring..i really love reading since i read hlovate books(rooftop rant and aA+bB)..i;ve never seen that kind of story line before.

Fisioterapi

mula2 pilih kos fisioterapi ni sebab fikir kerja je..sekarang baru tau bukan senang nak jadi physiotherapist..tough, macam orang kerja lebih masa.tak tau nak minat branch mana dalam fisioterapi ni..rasa macam leh carry on orthopaedic....i think so.i must keep trying, harder and harder for this course..growing up and learning ain't easy.. choose wether living well or living hell..

kalau nak bangun, mengiring dulu.lepas tu baru duduk.this can prevent back pain..
kita kena control kita punya emosi. jangan stress sangat. nanti takut dapat strok.menurut satu artikel, seramai 40000 orang setahun diserang strok.
